Radar made simple!

The revolutionary chip is a cost-effective solution for many consumer and industrial applications.
Depending on the application it can be configured for Doppler and Frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW).

  • Characteristics:
  • Integrated dual receiver for angle-of-arrival, (A-o-A) measurement;
  • High range resolution due to the use of the 57-64 GHz unlicensed frequency spectrum;
  • Single chip with integrated antennas, one transmitter and two independent receivers;
  • Small form factor package (QFN44, 7.0 x 7.0 x 1.0 mm, 0.5 mm pitch)
  • Capabilities for fusion with different sensor platforms;
  • Advanced SiGe integrated circuit;
  • I- and Q-receiver channels for identification of direction of motion;Transmit power amplifier, receive low-noise amplifier and IF amplifiers included.
  • Due to the integrated antennas easy does not require any difficult RF/microwave board design, just simple low-frequency components;
  • Interface: SPI
